Terms & Conditions
The following are the Terms and Conditions set to govern the transactions made through www.alomos.com.my and marketplaces.
We encourage users to read carefully the rights and responsibilities of individual buyer and sellers obliged to the terms and condition of service on this site.
- Alomos is a subsidiary of PS Global Services Sdn Bhd offering smart electronic devices catering to modern workplace (Professional Home Office).

- By utilising Alomos services and platform, user/buyer hereby acknowledges and agrees to the Terms & Conditions governing the rights, obligations and responsibilities as a consumer.
All accounts created through alomos is free of charge.
An account will be automatically created for new patron after check-out.
- [IMPORTANT] Buyers are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all Terms & Conditions made by Alomos for any transaction made through Alomos.com.my or marketplaces. Buyers are required to read carefully the Terms & Conditions before making any purchase.
- Alomos recognise and accepts all major credit cards supported by Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
- Patrons of Alomos are responsible for reading and understanding the information / description of the product (including but not limited to colour, quality and function) provided on Alomos website. Buyer is responsible to verify information before placing order.
- Buyer understands that pre-order items are not ready stocks and agrees to the estimated lead time proposed by Alomos. Alomos will not be held responsible for any delays between the agreed estimated time. Should Alomos fail to deliver within the approximate period, Alomos will refund full payment to buyer.
- Alomos will not be held responsible for stock shortage. Patrons of Alomos under reasonable evaluation, can allow full refund should Alomos fail to deliver between the agreed estimated time. Alomos does not supply or stock some of the items but customers may send enquiries to check for stock availability and Alomos customer care representatives will update you within 3 working days.
- Buyers must provide payment slip as a proof of transaction for bank transfers or similar payment method alike.
- Items that have been purchased cannot be exchanged or return once sold. Under reasonable conditions that comply with Alomos return policy, buyer can request for refund or returned. Any discrepancies should be highlighted to customer care representatives within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
- Refunds are permitted in these conditions:
a.) There is an overpayment of the purchase price.
b.) Goods ordered were found to be no longer produced.
- In case the price of the product is listed incorrectly due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Alomos shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
- Prices written on the website are not included with the delivery charges and/or installation unless written otherwise.
- Alomos reserves the right to engage any courier service to meet Alomos delivery standards.
- Delivery times and speed is dependent on a 3rd-party service. Hence, Alomos will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery. (Please allow longer delivery period during MCO).
- In case items are out of stock, Alomos customer care representative will contact patrons to inform the lead time required. Patrons reserve the rights to cancel order compliant to Alomos refund policy.
- All ready stock items will be processed the same day or by next working day excluding public holidays and weekends (sat/sun).
All returns should be sent to Alomos in its original packaging provided and from the same country to which they were delivered.
You have 10 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Returns will incur shipping and restocking charges of 10% or more. Alomos has the rights to reject or accept returns and refunds (subject to condition of item).
If you would like to exchange the item for another, you must first return the original item and place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy excluding initial shipping fees.
The item(s) should be returned in sealed perfect condition, with all accessories, manual booklet, promotion gift still in its original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original packaging will not be accepted and be sent back to the customer. Note: As we strive to provide fair product condition to all our customers, we are unable to accept any unsealed packaging.
If your item is faulty (i.e received damaged or manufacturing fault), you have the right to raise the issue to our customer service department upon 3 days of receiving the parcel. We can assist for warranty claims or in some cases offer returns and exchange (subject on availability).
In case of cancellation, you will be charged 10% from the original item for cancellation fee.
All successful returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days to complete.
